Our Mission Statement - To maximise the business benefits of the significant investment made by member organisations in IT through an independent User Group by:

Influencing IRIS, using the unique and powerful lobby it has (through the critical mass of the group) to provide the best value for money for all users, particularly in terms of the longevity and future-proofing of its products and resolution of concerns and disputes, through regular meetings and discussions with decision-makers at IRIS

Liaising with IRIS at the highest level to communicate the collective wishes of all users in the development of all its software and other services to enable IRIS to provide the best software and other services

Urging and assisting users to make the best use of the IRIS products and services they pay IRIS for, through conferences, sub-group meetings, website forums and so on, providing opportunities to network, share ideas and discuss problems at those events

Accessing key personnel at IRIS to benefit all users in terms of product development, training, strategic issues and so on
